The winners are companies, their objects, technologies and creative concepts. The presentation takes place at a solemn ceremony, the time and place of which is determined annually.

Retail properties with a leasable area from 2,000 to 20,000 sq.m., put into operation no earlier than January 1, 2020, can be nominated for this nomination.
NEW MEDIUM SHOPPING CENTER

Retail real estate objects with a leasable area from 20,000 to 50,000 sq.m., put into operation no earlier than January 1, 2020, can be nominated for this nomination.
NEW BIG SHOPPING CENTER

Retail properties with a leasable area of more than 50,000 sq.m., put into operation no earlier than January 1, 2020, can be nominated for this nomination.
NEW SPECIALIZED FACILITY (OUTLET/FOODHALL/SC)

This nomination can be nominated for retail real estate objects with a leasable area of 10 thousand sq.m., at least 70% of which is occupied by tenants of one segment of the consumer market (including outlets, food halls and specialized shopping centers put into operation no earlier than January 1 2020.

Retail real estate objects (regardless of the date of commissioning) with a leasable area of 10,000 sq.m. or more that have shown successful results in the period 2020-2021 can be nominated for this nomination.
